Spain: The reception periods depend on the delivery address and vary from 3 to 15 working days.
These periods are indicative and depend on the transporter. Hola Guille S.L. does not take responsibility for delays that are out of our control under any circumstances.
Orders of articles that are available and in stock are prepared for shipment in the 24 hours following payment of the order, from Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 7pm (excluding bank holidays).
Orders of articles that are not available/in stock have a delivery period that varies from 1 to 3 months, depending on the article. These periods are indicative and depend on our suppliers.

- Exchanges and returns
In the event that something arrives broken, send an email with pictures of the package and the content to firstname.lastname@example.org within a maximum period of 48 hours since you received the package. And we will contact you with all the following steps. If you don't contact Hola Guille S.L. in the indicated period we reserve the right to make the replacement or refund of the money
You can return any product purchased at www.guillegarciahoz.com with which you are not satisfied within 15 (FIFTEEN) calendar days following receipt. The product you return to us may not present damages and must be in the same state in which you purchased it.
If you want to make the return through a courier / parcel service you have to bear in mind that we do not make refunds with postage paid, the shipping costs for the return of the product are borne by the customer. The return shipment must be made in the same conditions as the delivery, ie in its original packaging, well protected and with a type of shipment that ensures the total value of the piece to protect it during transport, otherwise Damage caused to the part by the transport in the return can be claimed to the client.
It is your responsibility to keep all the acknowledgments of receipt to send the certified package or by any means that allows to prove your shipment date.
You will receive the refund at 15 (FIFTEEN) calendar days from the date on which we receive the returned product (s) and using the same method used to pay for the purchase. We will refund the amount paid for the returned product (s) minus shipping costs. That is, the cost of the product (s) will be reimbursed, but not the transportation costs.

- International orders
