What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We accept returns of products that are defective or damaged during shipping. If your product has a defect, please notify us as soon as possible.

If your product has been damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To return a product, simply email us at guille@garcia-hoz.com and we will process your return.

The Customer Service Department will inform you about the next steps. Due to its handcrafted nature, slight variations in color or shape between pieces of the same model are not considered defects.
